Add support for proxing the offical HeatmapSessionRecording plugin.

This patch is just a small wp-adaption of the same file in the official Matomo Tracker Proxy repository: https://github.com/matomo-org/tracker-proxy/blob/master/plugins/HeatmapSessionRecording/configs.php
