Support Matomo Tag Manager #73

As announced last week there is now a Matomo Tag Manager available which integrates into Matomo and eventually will be directly shipped with Matomo.

It would be great if WP-Matomo could offer an easy way for users to embed their Tag Manager containers. We have written a guide that helps on how to write an integration plugin: https://developer.matomo.org/guides/tagmanager/integration-plugin

In detail this means instead of getting the tracking code from Matomo, I'll use the Tag Manager API to get the code from there? Shouldn't be a big issue, but first I'll update the proxy code and have to have a look at some possible bugs. Afterwards, I'll spend some time on this one. 😃
