Stream Management should know about MAM #66

I'm using prosody trunk with activated Stream Management and MAM and although 
all my contacts are using clients which supports SM and MAM, I sometime get a 
"delivery failed" information despite of the contacts received these messages 
properly. 
I think Stream Management doesn't know anything about MAM and sends a "delivery 
failed" although MAM delivers these messages correctly.
