Improve configuration dict for plugins. #8

Some plugins may have required files, but there is no way of indicating that a particular field is required. This can be achieved by improving the method by which the plugin communicates its configuration requirements

This falls under the necessity for a redesign of how plugins are handled. Closing issue and adding the consideration to issue #12
