Use demux0 and dvr0 if there are no devices for the selected tuner #254

That is the case for Astrometa dongles with CXD2837ER tuner (https://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Astrometa_DVB-T2).

Those dongles contain both:

But there are only single demux and dvr devices:

$ ls /dev/dvb/adapter1/
demux0  dvr0  frontend0  frontend1
