Adding support for reading Libloius braille translation tables would be a huge
benefit for Dotify and also for braille users who would like to try Dotify as a
formatter.

There is an excellent documentation on what the different codes mean:
http://liblouis.googlecode.com/svn/documentation/liblouis.html

Even if the support isn't complete, it would still be useful for formatting pre
translated content. In addition, some codes are only needed for reverse
translation, which can be ignored.
