Braille finalizer should be integrated with formatter component #18

Some characters are converted to braille after the output is written to file. 
This is not desired and should be solved internally before writing the output 
file.

This is a step towards the design goal to have the translator be the only 
component that handles braille translation of characters.

In addition, it will save a second or so of processing time.
