Resolution of inconsistencies specified at https://github.com/obophenotype/uberon/issues/2903

Following relation removed:

[ventricles](https://purl.brain-bican.org/ontology/hbao/HBA_9418) SubClassOf [part_of](http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/BFO_0000050) some [sulci & spaces](https://purl.brain-bican.org/ontology/hbao/HBA_9352)

ABA bridge deleted from HBA (also ABA bridge not exist in Uberon any more).
