General Description

This is a metadata schema for macaque donor and tissue. The metadata schema is separated into three sheets: one for HMBA macaque population, one for HMBA macaque spatial transcriptomics, and one for HMBA macaque patch-seq. HMBA_Macaque_WB_Omics_Spatial.xlsx HMBA_Macaque_Population.xlsx HMBA_Macaque_Patchseq.xlsx

For Population:

[x] align names and labels
[x] check for existing fields
[x] assign UUIDs to existing fields
[x] assign UUIDs to new fields
[x] add version
[x] add date
[x] complete data_type
[x] complete is_required column
[ ] add permissible values
[x] update README

Will discuss how to handle permissible values at the WG meeting. Note that both social group and ordinal dominance rank require discussion.
