PURL server is very slow #58

PURL resolution is painfully slow

e.g. this takes about 30 seconds to resolve to OLS https://purl.brain-bican.org/ontology/hbao/HBA_4288

Do you still have this issue? Given link resolved in 5 seconds on my test.

I tried some other Bican purls (https://purl.brain-bican.org/taxonomy/CS202210140/CS202210140_non-neuronal/CS202210140_13) and they resolved even faster.
