Display TDT version in the UI #124

Story:

Description

Displaying TDT version in the UI (at the footer or as tooltip of home page TDT name) will be very helpful bug reporting and debugging.

Or we can add a command line utility that prints the version.

Docker image is always latest version, so it is not helpful.
