annotation_sheet columns in the 'column' table should be hidden or frozen. #140

Story: The annotation_sheet is a frozen reference for the sheet used to initialize TDT. It should not, therefore be possible to edit these columns as users can do at present. Arguably the presence of the columns is confusing so the best course of action may be to hide these columns altogether.
