Human MTG Export to CAS failed #155

Describe the bug

Operation failed with message:

> tdta export -db ./build/nanobot.db -o ./AIT_MTG.json -c /tdt_datasets
WARN: Cluster identifier column couldn't be identified in OBS. Populate cell ids operation is aborted.
CAS json successfully created at: AIT_MTG.json

Also it failed but only logged a warning and printed success.
