Add global table search

Ideal behavior:

• string separated by space treated as separate search strings that can match anywhere in the table
• dynamic refinement of table as you type - this provides instant feedback and allow users to easily back track when they don't get a match. With dynamic refinement, it would be best to set a minimum first string length before refine starts. 3 characters probably good.

(Specs inspired by the original iTunes - which worked well for me to find content across multiple fields over a library of around 10,000 tunes)

@hkir-dev - could you estimate how much work involved given above spec. (Suspect it might not be so easy, but I think worth it)

Agreed that search is critical. Current search is great, but global search would be better, if it is doable.
