Hide system tables from users #82

Currently we have 4 system tables: table, column, datatype and message. These are confusing users, hide the column, datatype and message tables from the UI, but they will be still accessible from URL. Keep table table since it is the entry point for the TDT.

Seems Jeremy is using column and datatype tables. So rolled back these changes.
