Adjusting keyboard shortcut (fixed) #21

From issue #19, fixed from pull request #20 (both now closed) Added a new shortcut for QWERTY and AZERTY users (SHIFT/= for increasing font size), because there is no separate + key, the + character is in the = key. Also changed the runtime version from 6 to 6.1. Built fine as expected.
