Fork HD-BET and adapt it for `masks` #34

We should fork HD-BET anyway in order to ensure we pin to a version that will always exist, since it is just a repo and not on pypi.

We can then improve the API for our own needs in abcdmicro.masks

Fork is created and used in #37 but no adaptation is done, so probably keep this issue open after that PR.

Actually going to mark this as done because #43 is going to determine how we approach things and there might not be any "adaptation" depending on how that goes.
