I tested this out on a couple of images and saw all the evaluation measures generated. It worked perfectly! The info the in the experiment json is also great. This is becoming quite friendly to use :grinning:

Like you I also got zero negative-jacobian locations from the ants registration on my image pair.

In my example pair, I got tract dice in the 0.71 to 0.78 range. Is that about what you had with ants?

Yes, that is the range I was seeing as well. You can see it is consistent with the ddmreg eval.
