add input arguments in plot.py to set the number of rows and columns in subplots.

Hello @MaximeDdnn thank you for your taking the time to create a PR. Unfortunately, visualization part was removed from slam so that this PR can not be included. Closing it now. You may want to integrate your work into the new slamviz repo
