Community layout adjustments

• Compensate community text height on graph top origin
• Network full height (merged w @katjaq modifications)
• Disable text selection on graph names, to avoid misselection when interacting
• Add CSS class for logged node, and add CSS animation to indicate which one is logged
• Add new forces into the graph, to lead it to a more horizontal layout (can be adapted to be more vertical to mobile)

@r03ert0 what would be the best way of versioning Observablehq scripts with our code here? In this PR, I am pointing to a fork of your graphs scripts, but it would be nice that all these codes were self-contained.

Thank you @anibalsolon ! The graph looks much nicer now, and lonely dots become easier to spot. The soul in the self is very cool too :D I'd rather keep pointing to the original @r03ert0/circle-of-friends. Could you send a "Suggestion"? (observablehq's equivalent to a pull request)

Thank you @anibalsolon 🚀 Also the additional graph parameters :) For what @r03ert0 suggested: in your observable fork you see the 3 dots on top of the page --> suggest --> add a "merge message" --> and then @r03ert0 will receive your implemented suggestions :) It's like a Pull Request here but for observables :)
