Range -- Approval -- set neutral preference. Default less than 1/2 of max score ie on 0/1-10 less than 5 would not count for approval. Condorcet Vs IRV measure the relative later harm between C and I winners.

The range approval enhancement is in the tree for release 1.0. The other to look at other measures of later harm than the one currently in Condorcet Vs IRV is a bit more complex. Two choices won when the ballots were redacted to their favor, but when the ballots were double redacted neither won. Find the number of votes each needed to get from the other
