HOI metrics

[x] RSI / Infotot / RedMMI / SynMMI : fix computations using entropy formula
[x] Oinfo : rename it for Oinfo instead of OinfoZeroLag (28920dc)
[x] GradientOinfo : compute it using the Oinfo class (0b68f2b)
[x] Replace data with x (48bb64f)
