Add option to add Bridges!

This will not be easy because you have to use one of the methods described on the documentation page to get the bridges. Here they are:

• Visit https://bridges.torproject.org/ and follow the instructions. In this variant you have to enter a captcha!
• Email bridges@torproject.org from a Gmail, or Riseup email address. You need a Gmail or Riseup account here!
• Use Moat to fetch bridges from within Tor Browser. This is a built-in tor-browser feature for requesting bridges. You need to request the bridges yourself through a tor-browser and then add them to the system!

It is possible that the above steps can be avoided by using the obfs4 package from the AUR.
