Add tests for napari plugins against the latest napari prerelease #28

napari is still in v. active development, and new versions often have breaking changes (especially for our plugins that use features from ~2020). It would be useful to have some regular tests (weekly?) for each repo to test against the latest prerelease.

Should be added to every repo with a plugin.
