Why is this PR needed? Tests don't cover all of the brainmapper sub-module currently

What does this PR do?

This PR brings coverage of brainmapper files up to:

analysis 97%
export 100%

All tests passed locally.

Is this a breaking change?

No

Does this PR require an update to the documentation?

Docstrings were added for additional tests, and some of the brainmapper docstrings were also updated
