Move paths relative to home (rather than relative to cwd as it is now):

mock it in the tests (see this comment for further details),
it should simplify caching in tests too (see #34)
change output directory behaviour:
- the user defines the output directory for the workflows
- we define an output directory for tests and benchmarks to be under .brainglobe/workflows/cellfinder
