Combine cube extraction methods. #37

There is a lot of duplicated code in cellfinder.extract.extract_cubes.Cube (for generation of training data) and in cellfinder.classifify.cube_generator.CubeGeneratorFromFile (for classification). Maintenance would be easier if this duplication could be reduced.

I think we only have one set of cube extraction code now (in the cellfinder napari plugin), so closing this.
