Ignore URLs that fail link check on CI #191

Not sure why this is needed (the links are fine locally), but otherwise the docs won't build...

Now more links are broken (only on CI). I don't know what the problem is. Maybe we should just skip the link check part for the time being? Our docs are currently incorrect, and I'd like to fix them!
