In light of moving the atlas-generation specific dependencies to an optional install (https://github.com/brainglobe/brainglobe-atlasapi/pull/310), we should update the instructions on how to generate an atlas accordingly.
Describe the solution you'd like
The docs on generating an atlas will include a note that brainglobe-atlasapi needs to be installed with its atlasgen dependency, and any dependencies used in the new atlas generation script should be added here and not to the main dependency list.
