URL out-of-date in user_volume_example #242

A user reported that the URL in https://github.com/brainglobe/brainrender/blob/master/examples/user_volumetric_data.py is broken and at first glance, they seem to be right?

Fixed in mega-fix by downloading via pooch in https://github.com/brainglobe/brainrender/blob/8866e3a762476820c20cc52994e5e3a3cc21c199/examples/user_volumetric_data.py#L39
