Screenshots are broken (for me) #338

I haven't had time to dig into this, but on my Ubuntu machine, on main, the screenshot functionality doesn't work properly. A file is saved, but it's mostly blank:

I can't reproduce this locally, but I can on CI. Closing in favour of https://github.com/brainglobe/brainrender/issues/357
