where is code/preprocessing? #146

docs talk about

The slurm_mriqc.sh script (which you can find in the :blue:code/preprocessing/ directory) will run MRIQC on the cluster using the Slurm scheduler. It first computes

but there is no code/ folder in this repo. Could those be replaced with hyperlinks to the repo which contains that goodness?
