Several attempts were made to run script pre-processing script with windows. All paths are equivalent.On ubuntu it works well no problem.
We identified the line : df["id"]=path.split("/")[1].split(".")[0] from the function process_excel_file of the file preprocessing.py. the rest runs alright.
