Hi Nadia, sounds like an interesting project :)

How were you planning to implement the spatial permutation test (Alexander-Bloch et al. 2018)? If you don't already have an implementation, there's one in Brainspace. The package is intended for gradient analyses, but the code for the spin test might work for your project (though to be honest, I'm not very knowledgeable about your use case)
