Hi Machele, I am very interested in your project, and cortical visual impairment MRI evedience proberbly one of my future project.

I am very curious about what data preprocessing method you used, as well as your reconstruction method used in this project. Would you please tell me where I can find details about these method and pipeline? Thanks.

Hello Zhang,

Thanks for your message!

I just added a methods section in my project repository which includes steps about the preprocessing and tracking pipelines for analyzing the diffusion MRI data. You will also find the links to the python scripts and docker images originally developed by @gkiar that I used for this project.
