reorganize the project page #23

more over we can hopefully move some of "how to submit" info into the project submission form

it is also confusing to have such a long blurb to explain the existence of the centralized project platform. I suspect it should either be short or maybe be part of the FAQ and linked to from the project page?

the headings and their different style do not help with organizing the hierarchy of the information on this page?

All comments sound nice.

Seems like we already have such details in FAQ regarding the project submission and also an accompanying hackmd.io file here. I will create a new copy of it with the updated links and date info and will link it to the FAQ as it is needed.

We can remove the blurb completely indeed. I will also integrate the information into the submission form as you recommended. Hence the gallery will only contain the projects.

Here is the updated version for now. Will edit it as we move along and make changes with the project submission if necessary.
