• move a lot of the content from the project page directly into the header of the project submission form

Yep, I had noticed that, and would have said that status:web_ready was the accurate key to trigger generating the project pages, but after having investigated last week the commit that made that change in last year's repository, https://github.com/brainhackorg/global2020/commit/1444e62e641b1650f036f4c68c98fc4aceba8818, since it had no explanation, and was done on Nov, 3rd, almost a month before the event date, and before most of the issue opening dates, I thought that the people that reviewed the projects preferred it that way. So I left it unchanged in my PR to keep last year's behavior. Maybe @SamGuay knows better.
