closes #39

new images for partners should be added in static/media/partners

new partner details should be added in data/partners.yml

the navigation bar is getting crowed and should probably made wider

The centering and alignment of the different partners is a mess for the moment and needs a lot more HTML, CSS, flex and bootstrap love.

I found it nice actually, I guess no need to polish, looks more spontaneous. But surely it is your decision. But to me looks so nice 🤗
