BUG: Fix regex patterns #79

Fix regex patterns.

Fixes #78.

@Remi-Gau Looks like the previous regexes I proposes were closer to what Javascript is capable of dealing with. I did not find the right translation to Python, so the new solution does not strip the line breaks. Would be nice to find the way to do so as time permits, but IMO the solution is good enough/works.

For some reason, the URL pattern was also not working.
