Event nordic

I ran through the commands in Contributing.md to create the event brainhack nordic.

• added & committed info from the application document into location.yml
• linked to the old nordic.png file that was still in the media/events folder
• ran the generate_events_page.py
• committed all files that were created.

FYI: date format must be YYYY-MM-DD
