[https://github.com/brainhubeu/react-carousel/issues/389] an issue linked to the PR I've named prop simply 'lazyLoad', cause basically it lazy loads whole slide, not just one image.

Thanks for your PR.

I opened https://github.com/brainhubeu/react-carousel/pull/532 instead because only for the main repo, it's possible to build a testing environment. It's according to the workflow.
