For #1 Showing number of fibers cleaned and number of resulting fibers

@kitchell Please review and merge this PR if it looks good. It adds a graph like this to the output.

Can i edit the files before merging? fg_classified needs to stay called fg_classified not fg_classified_clean for the output.mat file. when it is opened in matlab that name stays with it and other apps will be expecting fg_classified.
