Create ohbm2020.md #67

I've created a special standalone web page for OHBM similar to what we did for the user survey.

@soichih is it okay that I simply copy and pasted the code from the user survey page? I think it's fine if it has the same design, but I'm not sure if there's something more that needs to be done and I didn't want you to have to put any effort into this page

@francopestilli please feel free to edit the language or add any info -- this is the page I will link to in the newsletter and on Twitter

For usersurvey, we moved it to brainlife.io website instead of hosting it under /docs (it's really not "doc" material.. right?) Can we host this under https://github.com/brainlife/brainlife.github.io/tree/master/_pages

@soichih -- oh, I see. Yep, let me create this there and create a different PR!
