remove footer #89

The same as in the website, I suggest to remove the footer with option for comments/social/media/etc.

We could replace it with:

Comments Please select the pencil button (on the top right corner) to edit and provide any suggestions or feedback on the current page. For additional comments, please join open an issue on Github (link) and our slack channel (link). Email: x

(or something equivalent)

disqus comment does work.. but I see that using github issue is better. I will update the footer.

Very good! I would say "Please report issues via Github Issues or Slack", or another word than "issues" to avoid repetition
