Excluded sequences getting flagged as error for file naming conflict #89

I've begun seeing this pop up recently, likely due to a change I made sometime in the past two weeks, though I haven't yet pinpointed which commit caused this. The error only occurs on the Dataset Review page.

Even if user corrects this, if upon reaching the Get BIDS page they ask to download the excluded data, any files after this error are not converted. Will look into this more.

This seems to be fixed in commit 218ea04
