clicking on a knowledge-item (either in inventory or in episode test) opens a tooltip with the following information

Example

positional-notation introduces octal and there is a quiz that asks students to convert several numbers from decimal to octal in octal-quiz.

The tooltip for octal would look for mentions of '#octal' in the text of position-noation and display the surrounding paragraph.
