This PR adds

Docker support
Ollama improvements
.gitignore for python artifacts, vscode settings
excludes config.yaml from source control as it contains secrets
add example template for config.yaml
Add LLM_SERVER env var to config.yaml to select the inference endpoint and remove hardcoding
Readme updates to reflect this

Tested on windows, should work everywhere

Thanks for your PR. I forked your PR, it was good but I had to make some tweaks to ensure that it was working correctly with the latest version of Jar3d which has knoweldge graph retrieval. Jar3d is now Dockerized. Thanks for the help.
