write bias field correction function in python #11

mold.n4_debias_sitk() is written but it needs improvement and alternative functions. We could wrap from ANTS/antspyx and n3 and n4 and compare to sitk, but probably we want write our own bespoke and compare, or look at other (not N4) algorithms. Up to scientists @HenkMutsaerts @MDijsselhof
