Create an "import.grumphp.yml" instead of the current one #14

Currently, we just copy over (or at least try, see #4 ) the included "grumphp.yml" file. This makes it hard to update existing files while keeping customizations.

Proposal: The created file should contain only this: ` imports:

{ resource: vendor/brainsum/drupal-dev-tools/distfiles/grumphp.yml } `
