Scheduler's height is weird #39

When the width of the page is smaller... the height makes sense and the horizontal bar shows on the page. When the width is large... the height goes nuts and you can't see it.

In general - improve the view of the scheduler page! linked to #37

Ok partial fix for the moment. I say partial.... it's fixed but I think it can be better :)
